1. High barrier, corrosion resistance
Compared with the traditional dry composite aluminum-plastic composite film, this product has good flexibility, moisture proof, oxygen insulation, light shading, shielding, vacuumable, color printing and other characteristics, but also has a better resistance to organic solvents, chemicals, acid and alkali substances corrosion characteristics. It can be widely used in the packaging of all kinds of foods requiring high barrier packaging, especially milk powder, pickled food, pharmaceuticals and cream pesticides with high corrosion resistance requirements.
2. High temperature cooking resistance
Due to the characteristics of the traditional dry composite aluminum-plastic composite film, as well as the control of glue allocation, gluing amount, curing process and other process conditions, the combination strength of the product intima and aluminum foil is difficult to achieve stable and ideal use requirements. Especially in the application field of high temperature cooking products, after high temperature cooking at ≥121℃, most of the dry composite aluminum-plastic films on the market are prone to peeling of the inner membrane and the aluminum foil layer. Due to the use of direct hot melt bonding technology, the surface characteristics of some polymer materials are directly changed during processing, so that the bonding strength of the intima and aluminum foil is high and stable, especially after high temperature cooking, the bonding strength will not be weakened but will be greatly enhanced compared with that before cooking.
